Shop With A Cop 2023

Saturday Dec. 2nd, 2023

The Parma F.O.P. Lodge #15 Shop With a Cop program will be held on December 2nd, 2023 at
the FOP Lodge in Brunswick.
This program is designed for children in need in our local communities to enjoy Christmas
shopping with a Police Officer for purchasing holiday gifts. Children will each receive a
$150.00 gift card to purchase items at the Brunswick Meijer. The selected children are those that
would benefit the most. Officers contact their local schools for assistance in the selection of the
children.
The day begins with uniformed Police Officers in marked patrol cars picking up their selected
children and meeting at the lodge hall by 9:00am. They then enjoy a breakfast consisting of
donuts and juice. From the lodge hall the children are escorted to the Brunswick Meijer to go
shopping with the provided gift cards. When the shopping is finished the Police Officers and
children return back to the lodge hall where they enjoy a lunch that consists of pizza, sandwiches
and pop. Once everyone is fed and has a visit with Santa at the lodge hall, the Police Officers
then escort the children back to their homes.
The lodge will be able to accommodate approximately 80 children. Participating Police Officers
need to advise as soon as possible if they and their city are going to participate in this program or
have any questions. Please contact Officer Nicole Kellar of the Strongsville Police Department at
(440) 346-7056 or email: Nicole.Kellar@Strongsville.org.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated by the FOP Lodge and the children.
Thank You,
